Coturri Winery

Coturri Winery is a family-owned winery that farms both organically and biodynamically. The Coturris produce remarkably vibrant, balanced, and texturally-rich wines that make are thus exceptionally well-suited to serve with raw foods.
 
Their zinfandel in particular is intense, well extracted, and inherently vivacious in a way that makes it a rare “second day wine”, in other words, it is a wine that has the residual energy to remain lively longer in the bottle after opening.
