Coco-Maca-Roons

Toss two tablespoons of Cacao powder plus one of Maca powder into a bowl with four ounces of organic sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt.

Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract, blend, and thicken the mixture with about a third of a cup each of almond and coconut flour.

Add 1/3 cup each of crushed walnuts and grated coconut.

Mix well, and form into small bite-sized rounds.

Dust the rounds with cacao powder. Refrigerate briefly and enjoy.
