Held each September in Santa Rosa, California, the Heirloom Seed Expo is a gathering of gardeners, food activists, educators, and farmers from all over the country offering educational lectures, heirloom sources, and activities. The Expo attracts over 20,000 people each year and is designed to raisie awareness about heirloom seeds and the threat of GMOs.
