When Owners Lana Porcello and Dave Muller (who trained with Tartine’s master baker Chad Robertson), first opened Outerlands nearly a decade ago it received simmediate acclaim for both fine baked goods and its toothsome brunches. Today, the restaurant continues to lure locals and visitors alike out past the fogline of San Francisco’s Sunset district for delectable daily offerings.

Featuring locally-sourced organic produce from longstanding relationships with local farms including K&J Orchards, Free Spirit, and Dirty Girl, dishes here run the gamut from sweet to savory. Popular choices include the sumptuous Dutch Pancakes, Glazed Doughnuts with Fresh Fruit, and a Summer Vegetable Sandwich featuring two perfect Sunny Side Up eggs.
