This inconspicuous little Salvadorian restaurant in East Hollywood serves up some truly superlative Salvadorian food, including these picturesque Pupusas which are perfect to pair  with Platano Frito con crema y frijoles. When the waitress places an entire jar of curtido (pickled cabbage) on the table you can really go to town.

Open till midnight on friday and saturday nights, local revelers are known to stop by late for their bean and cheese pupusas smothered in ranchero sauce and topped with two fried eggs.
