Jaragua is an inconspicuous little Salvadorian restaurant in East Hollywood that serves truly superlative Salvadorian food, includingv picture perfect Pupusas o pair up with Platano Frito con crema y frijoles. When the waitress places the entire jar of curtido (pickled cabbage) on the table its time to really go to town.
