Jaragua is an inconspicuous little Salvadorian restaurant in East Hollywood that serves truly superlative Salvadorian food, includingv picture perfect Pupusas to pair with their perfect Platano Frito con crema y frijoles, (fried bananas with beans and sour-cream). And when the smiling waitress places an entire jar of curtido (pickled cabbage) on the table it is really time to really go to town.



Open till midnight on friday and saturday, local revelers are known to stop by late for bean and cheese pupusas smothered in ranchero sauce and topped with two fried eggs.
